For Greyson Walker, good design starts with a problem: what does this object need to do, and what is the most effective way to make it happen?
His Signature collection takes inspiration from automotive racing, where power, weight, control, and reliability have to work together. From rally and grand touring to Formula 1 and stock car racing, every discipline asks the same fundamental question of how to get the most performance from a machine without adding anything it doesn’t need.
Greyson approaches knife design in much the same way. He looks for ways to reduce weight without sacrificing strength, refine geometry without compromising durability, and make every part of the knife contribute to how it performs in the hand.
The racing influence isn’t just in the names. It’s in the design philosophy: keep it lean, make every detail count, and don’t add anything that doesn’t serve a purpose. Join Greyson in the pursuit of precision through his Signature collection, Engineered for Performance, where every detail earns its place.
Cosworth
Named for the legendary racing engine manufacturer, Cosworth boasts an exceptional power-to-weight ratio. Tall primary bevels create an acute edge with efficient geometry, while a tapered tang and lightweight scales keep the knife nimble in hand. The result is a compact knife with the strength, versatility and reliability to handle all campsite tasks.
GT-Four
The GT-Four is designed for changing terrain and a wide range of jobs, much like the all-terrain racing cars that inspired its name. Its four-inch blade combines a strong piercing tip with a long, straight cutting edge for controlled, efficient cuts. The final section of the blade creates a chisel-like working area, giving the knife another useful surface without adding unnecessary complexity.
Rallye
Rally racing rewards control when the conditions aren’t predictable. The Rallye brings that same versatility to everyday use. Its broad three-inch sheepsfoot blade is substantial enough for heavier work while remaining compact enough for precise control. The wide profile accommodates a pinch grip, and the descending spine creates a natural indexing point near the tip. Whether it’s opening a box, cutting zip ties, or heading somewhere farther from home, Rallye is built to stay steady when the job changes.
Gazoo
For the minimalist user, the Gazoo strips the idea of agility down to its essentials. Its slim 2½-inch drop-point blade is designed to handle a broad range of everyday cutting tasks while staying light and unobtrusive in your pocket. The narrow profile keeps it easy to carry and quick to put to work. It’s the kind of knife you can forget you’re carrying until the moment you need it.
B1-R
The B1-R takes its cues from Japanese boning knives, with a slightly curved edge in place of the straighter profile traditionally associated with a honesuki. Its lightweight construction and balanced feel make it easy to maneuver around meat, fish, and poultry. A thicker spine limits unwanted flex, while the narrow, robust tip provides the control needed to navigate joints and cartilage. The B1-R has stability where you need strength and precision where you need control.
Fairlady
The Fairlady takes its name from the speed and grace of the 1970 Suzuka 1000km race winner, but its job is decidedly closer to home. Its compact profile is designed for the small, precise tasks that make up so much of kitchen prep, from peeling and coring in hand to mincing and trimming on the cutting board. The proportions keep it agile without making it feel delicate.
