Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. UPS shipping is also available for domestic orders by request; additional shipping fees apply based on the current UPS rate and destination.

International orders are subject to shipping fees calculated based on the order’s weight and destination. If your location has import restrictions or requirements, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or other associated fees.

Shipping for Macrum Knives:

We’ll ship your knife within two business days of receiving your order.

Before your knife leaves the forge, it goes through a final quality check. One of our bladesmiths gives the blade a final, razor-sharp edge to ensure your knife is ready to use right out of the box. 

Shipping for Signature Knives:

Signature knives ship within three business days of receiving your order.

Before shipping, the bladesmith who crafted your knife personally prepares it for its journey. Each knife is inspected and finished to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, including a final sharpening and polish of the blade and handle.
