For Adam, the kitchen is home base.
His Signature collection is built like its own solar system, with each knife occupying its own place and purpose within it. The Western knives take their names from celestial bodies closer to the sun, while the Japanese knives look further out. His outdoor knives leave the solar system altogether, taking inspiration from human missions of exploration.
Adam has been fascinated by cosmic adventure and science fiction for as long as he can remember, and his knives give him a way to bring those interests together with his love of making.
Each knife is designed around a specific job, and each one is an opportunity to explore, iterate, and improve. Join Adam on a spaceflight through his Signature collection, a Solar System of Steel.
Europa
Named for Jupiter’s icy moon, Europa is associated with water, ice, and the possibility of life beneath its surface. Adam’s Europa is similarly full of potential: a versatile chef knife designed to handle just about anything on the cutting board. Its eight-inch blade has the length and presence for larger prep, while its geometry makes it comfortable for both rocking and chopping.
Callisto
Callisto is one of Jupiter’s largest moons, recognizable for its ancient, cratered surface. It has endured ages. Adam’s Callisto brings that same subtle strength and reliability to the kitchen. Its six-inch blade is approachable and agile without feeling limited, making it useful for everything from small prep to tasks that call for a little more precision.
Neptune
Named for the distant ice giant at the edge of the solar system, Neptune is all about calm, deliberate movement. This santoku is designed for stable, precise cuts, with a shape that encourages a measured rhythm at the cutting board. It’s the kind of knife that rewards slowing down.
Kepler
The Kepler Space Telescope was built to search for planets beyond our solar system. Adam’s Kepler takes that spirit of looking closely somewhere a little more terrestrial: the forest floor. Designed for foraging and mushroom hunting, Kepler’s downward-curving blade helps with harvesting and cleaning a variety of mushrooms. Like its namesake, it rewards a keen eye for details that might otherwise be easy to miss.
Voyager
Voyager was built to explore beyond the familiar, and its namesake spacecraft is now traveling farther from Earth than anything humanity has ever sent out. Adam’s Voyager is made with that same sense of possibility in mind. Its three-inch blade is light, nimble, and easy to carry, ready to go wherever the day takes you.
