MAC101

Named for Portland’s iconic Burnside Bridge, the Burnside is the everyday workhorse of the Macrum collection. Its 7.25-inch blade has a generous height that provides stability and control throughout the length of the knife, while its low tip carries that control all the way to the point. It’s the knife you reach for when there’s a lot to do: chopping, slicing, breaking down ingredients, and everything in between.
